The process I will be following is going to be a queue list. This means It will be in the order of clients that have reached out & made full payment first, ending with the most recent client’s commission received.

ART PROCESS: sketch > final sketch phase > lines, if required > flats > lighting and effects, if required > merge & rendering > overlays & final touches > finished artwork!

Art commission completion will be between a week to 2 months, which highly depends on the length and color chosen as well as the complexity of the piece. However, please mind that your turn in the queue isn’t a factor in this.

Please do not rush me if my estimated time is not nearing its end yet, and kindly do not expect me to finish the day after you have ordered a commission.

If an unforeseen event occurred that could delay or prevent completion of your art piece, you’ll be contacted and informed about it as soon as I find ability to do.

The finished artwork will be sent through whichever platform you reached out to me on. You are welcomed to request I send it via email!

All commissions are for personal use only and not commercial use. You may repost them with credit. Further explanation of this policy is below.

Please provide visual references of any original characters. I will not work off text heavy descriptions alone and highly encourage sending any folders you may have of your OCs. The same applies for canon characters who you may visualize differently from their respective medias.

If you wish to use a specific design of a canon character that is the work of someone else, please ensure that you have that person's permission should they require it.

Please describe how you want your artwork to be. The posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and how the overall look looks in your mind. Sending visual references will help me understand what you want more clearly, which will be alongside text descriptions and directions.

If you’re unable to find a reference photo, don't be afraid to send a simple doodle regardless of drawing level, to help us work towards your intended goal!

Note that I, the artist, retains the right to refuse a commission request.

Backgrounds (if requested) will be simple and not cost extra. Full-detailed backgrounds cannot be requested at this time.

Extra characters will be +15$ USD each and there is a limit. Only 1 for full-colored works and 2 for flat-colored works.

FULL NSFW is only an option if we are mutuals on any social media sites I use and you are 21+.

Payment will be through Paypal invoices ONLY. If you have any difficulties about paying for your commission please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to work through it with you.

Client is free to pick between two payment options: A) 100% of Payment is upfront. This is a preferred option to avoiding loss of an unnecessary amount in taxes. or B) 50% of Payment upfront & %50 of payment after I have received your approval for final sketch phase

No commission will be started until they are paid for either fully or half.

Base prices are subject to change based on complexity of request, this will be negotiated with the client.

I do not accept refunds or cancellations once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase. Please note that the sketching/revision phase for me, the artist, typically take a week. You have a week to request a refund. Once that week passed, the work is to be finished.

Requesting a refund will halt and end all work started on the commission and what was paid will be sent back to you. Once that window closes, you cannot request a refund.

If you no longer want the commission and the refund window has passed, please still let me know. It would be unfair to myself and other clients who may have been behind you since I am following a queue list. It would be unfair to you as well so please communicate with me as I will with you. The remaining payment will not be requested from you.

Should the above become a pattern, you will no longer be allowed to commission work from me.

Revisions during the sketch phase are free of cost, regardless of how small or big. This stage is crucial to reaching your satisfactory goal.

Please mind that honesty is very important during revisions, if you are unhappy with anything, let me know so I’m able to correct it as fast as possible.

After the final sketch phase approval, revisions get harder but are still possible. Communication is the key to hopefully make both parties satisfied:

Small revisions are free of cost, such as color corrections, changing an expression or other similar simple tasks. However, Please note that frequent revision requests will be charged, so please be mindful and honest as soon as possible, while mentioning everything you deem in need of change.

Major revisions such as pose changing, a different composition or character/ outfit design etc.. past the stage of final sketch phase will incur additional charges to the original commissions price.

As requested previously in the contract, if you have a very clear image of what you are going for I will need you to clarify and give as much detail as early in the process as you can.

Please note that revisions exclude requests of changing the artist’s artstyle. You are fully responsible for picking this artist and the style of their work.

All artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. This means clients can claim the rights of their own character (s) and have the ability to share the work on social media/use it as a wallpaper/icon or on toyhouse. Clients also have the right to print and hang it on your wall or gift it to a friend, however, you do not own the rights to the drawing itself.

Please do not reproduce the artwork for mass consumption/ promotional work/ marketing for a product or company/ selling as prints, stickers or any sort of product and any similar commercial use without the proper commercial license.

Clients may not take credit for the artwork, trace or alter the work in any way or form, nor can clients request another person to do so.

Training and processing the artwork through any AI training and generative site/device is strictly prohibited. Reproducing a commission for any blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is also prohibited.

The artist retains the right to post the commissioned artwork’s final product and/or the artwork while still being in progress on their website or social media, which is considered a means of marketing for the artist. A request to keep the commissioned artwork private and/or remain unposted by the artist will include a fee.
